Using my photo’s without consent

Please be aware that using any of my photographs without prior consent will result in an invoice of 539 euros. This fee covers the unauthorized usage rights and any associated legal costs. I value my work and appreciate your respect for intellectual property. For licensing inquiries or permissions, please contact me directly.

This notice clearly communicates the consequences of unauthorised use and encourages potential clients to reach out for proper licensing.

My photo’s can be bought digitally via Adobe Stock, ownership of the original files remain mine. Contact me through the above form or write an e-mail to remy@remykremerphotography.com if you’d like to use a photo that is not offered on any of these platforms. Photo’s for purchase come with a CC release/license for personal use only (CC BY-NC-ND), for commercial use please contact me via requests@remykremerphotography.com.
